Reported results and release days for every covered company: confirmed by the company, or projected from its past filings.
3,886 companies covered · 36 filing windows open today
The filing window closed with no report on file.
When a company announces its release day, in the release it puts out on the newswires weeks ahead, the calendar shows that day as confirmed, links the announcement, and holds it there until the results are on file. Every other release day and filing window is projected from the company’s own history: last year’s earnings release (8-K Item 2.02) for the same quarter, moved to this year’s quarter end on the same weekday, and its usual filing lag for 10-Qs and 10-Ks. Quarter ends follow the company’s own calendar, 52/53-week years included. Each day lists pre-market releases first, then market hours, then after-hours, then releases with no stated time; a projected release uses the company’s usual time of day. A projected day that passes with nothing on file moves to the same weekday the week after; a day the company postpones goes back to the projection. Results are shown on the day they reached the market: the earnings release, or the report itself when it came first or no release was filed. No analyst estimates.
Reported results are current through Oct 2, 2026. Later days show projections until the next data update.
